The Cable Air Show, formerly, known as the Pomona Valley Air Fair, is traditionally held in early January, making it the first local air show each year. Staffed entirely by volunteers, the event is PVPA's major fund-raiser for the year. Scholarships are awarded to deserving aviation students from money raised. The Air Fair is a family event featuring static and aerial displays of many unique aircraft. Many of the performers are your neighbors and own airplanes based at the airport.
PVPA offers scenic rides at an affordable price. There is no reason why children of all ages can't experience the joy of flight. This is a chance to take the kids for a once-in-a-lifetime ride in one of the many airplanes flying that day. For more information on the annual Air Show keep watching this site and visit the official Cable Air Show web site.
